The Annual Denning and Claryville History Afternoon at the Time and the Valleys Museum has been set for Sunday, July 8th at 1 pm.
From 1 to 4 pm, the Museum’s collections of photos, records, books, oral histories and more from Claryville and the Town of Denning, will bring life to the history of the Upper Neversink and Upper Rondout valleys.
At 1:30 pm Ulster County Historian Geoffrey Miller will speak about local history in Ulster County and the histories of the Towns of Denning and Wawarsing. Thomas McGee, Town of Denning Historian will also speak on the history of the Town of Denning.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their research and enthusiasm for local history and any photos, historical items or information they may have to share.
