Specialized workshops focusing on Mohawk Valley Historic Districts have been set for March 10th and 21st in Utica.
Topics will include District vs. Registry; Rehabilitation Do’s and Don’ts; Insurance Issues – Regular and Replacement; The Work of Historic Commissions; and Grants and Other Financing.
Workshops will be held at the Oneida County History Center at 1608 Genesee Street in Utica. The Saturday, March 10th workshop will be held at 10 am, and the Wednesday, March 21st is set for 6 pm.
