Mohawk Valley Historic Districts Workshops Planned

oneida county history center logoSpecialized workshops focusing on Mohawk Valley Historic Districts have been set for March 10th and 21st in Utica.

Topics will include District vs. Registry; Rehabilitation Do’s and Don’ts; Insurance Issues – Regular and Replacement; The Work of Historic Commissions; and Grants and Other Financing.

Workshops will be held at the Oneida County History Center at 1608 Genesee Street in Utica. The Saturday, March 10th workshop will be held at 10 am, and the Wednesday, March 21st is set for 6 pm.

These events are free to attend, but pre-registration is requested to ensure seating. For reservations call the Oneida County History Center at (315) 735-3642.

These workshops are sponsored by the Oneida County History Center and the Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors, through a grant from the National Association of Realtors.
